Lost At Sea!

I’ve been a member on here for a lil while now and haven’t posted anything. Honestly I dont know where to begin. I’ve been reading profiles and their very inspiring, but I’m just lost.

 I have always been overweight, but I havent let my weight get me down. I never seen myself as an obese person until here resently. I’ve become depressed and withdrawn for those closest to me. Which isnt good with just getting married in Sept.

I dont know how to begin to make that “lifestyle change”.  I guess I’m just rambling. Good news though, I’m going to buy a treadmill and make my spare bedroom into a workout room. So hopefully that will help.

I’m also looking into a supplement that will give me energy. I’m just plain out tired all the time. Any sugestions would be AWESOME!
